Trina from Diamondrensu was unbelievably helpful, creative and attentive to all my needs. We worked so well together - she just got my brief and worked tirelessly to deliver the ring of my dreams. I was a little worried in the beginning as I didn't know how I would go ordering my ring online and not being able to try it on. But the process was so seamless, thorough and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I had 100% control over the design and the end result, but so glad to have Trina to bounce ideas off and get her suggestions and recommendations. Her expertise and experience was greatly valued. It was such a collaborative and inclusive experience, one that I would highly recommend with the utmost confidence. The comments I receive daily, hourly about the ring's beauty and sparkle are not only validating but is testament to the quality of the diamond and its setting. The workmanship is exquisite. I am loving showcasing my ring to the world! I couldn't be happier and I'm thrilled to bits. Would do it all again in a heartbeat, especially with the invaluable wisdom, sense of style and expertise that Trina added to the process.
