Really lacked in communication  - we never had one delegated person throughout the entire process - we felt really handballed around and on the day there was so many errors that was a result of noone talking to one another. Very mixed messaging, over promised and completely undelivered Some of our guests meals didnt come out until after 10pm. The venue then went and threw out some of our personal items. This included alcohol / decorations,our wedding flowers and programs that never got handed out to guests . Staff members were also dressed so casually. in polo from the members bar, i felt they could have worn shirts. Has the potential to be a wonderful venue but need alot of help and need to get it together.
