Kim & Raquel were simply fantastic, as was the entire venue. From the beginning, they were equal parts enthusiastic and calm about the whole wedding... It never felt like it was about making money and never felt like it was a chore for them. They were so supportive and excited by all of our ideas, and willing to step in with suggestions when we asked for help or seemed a bit lost. At the wedding itself, the Moore n Moore staff were wonderful. Having worked hospo for decades you get good at spotting shitty vs excellent service - and these folks were wonderful. The waitstaff were all very genuine and lovely (numerous guests commented on the staff!) and even brought around trays of drinks despite us having a bar. It felt like Kim and Raquel were 100% on 'your team' and made for a very easy lead-up. The venue is magnificent at night. Just the feel in there is wonderful - and walking into the back courtyard full of your guests is a total dream. The food is insane - we were worried there wouldn't be enough or that it wouldn't be delicious - it was copious amounts and it was SO insanely delicious. Our coeliac and pregnant friends were very well looked after. Highly recommend this venue and these folks. Thankyou for a perfect night.
