When we initially contacted Amber to see if she was available, we thought we had no chance in hell given the 5 star rating and positive comments she had. How lucky we were that she was actually available! She made us both feel comfortable from the very beginning, and clearly explained everything we needed to know (Thank goodness – we had absolutely no idea). She worked hard to make sure our ceremony was everything we wanted, made helpful suggestions, and was easy to communicate with throughout the process. We barely had to do a thing! We also had our guests comment on how “uplifting” the ceremony was and how glad they were that it was short, sweet and funny. We are forever grateful that Amber said “yes” to us because without her, our ceremony would not have been as perfect as it was.

Amy was so easy to communicate with leading up to the big day. On the actual day she made sure she took photos of everything we requested plus more. She gave us some great ideas that we hadn't thought of, and was nice enough to reveal some of the shots the following day . Thanks again Amy :)

Eloise was absolutely amazing from the word go! Communicating with her was easy and the information she provided was so thorough, making the process so much easier. I showed Eloise a picture of a hair style that i liked and she completely nailed it, both at the trial and on the day. Her extensive knowledge of hair was clear and trusting her with everything was so easy to do. By the end of the night, not one hair on our heads had budged. Thank you again Eloise!

Happy with the customer service I received from Pina during the purchasing of my dress... However, alterations were ridiculously over priced and although i was happy with their attitude of making sure my dress was perfect, waiting for 5 Hours after my appointment to take it home less than a week before my wedding was not acceptable.
