Absolutely fantastic. They were able to get me a dress in 6 weeks when my first dress from another shop never turned up. They made a very stressful situation so much better for me and in the end I liked that dress 100 times better than the first.

There was a change in caterers between us booking and our wedding day. The new caters were no where near as good and we wouldn't have booked if it was them when we booked. They didn't cut my wedding cake even though I asked myself. They didn't give the bridal party any canapés even though I asked and they tried to charge the groom for a beer 5 mins before the drinks package started. And I didn't feel there was enough food and people would have been leaving hungry.

Loved my video. The videographer was great and captured everything without getting in the way. The only problem was they put the wrong music on my video which they quickly fixed for me.
