The cake turned out PERFECT, even though we had a rough sketch of the cake with an amalgamation of pictures from different sites showing the design of decorative flowers we want, the colour of the fondant, the layout of the decorations, and the size of the layers.

Hayley was very helpful when we visited her showroom - appointment was easy to make. she is a known supplier of our venue and the base cost is included in our package. She was able to work in the extra flowers and the table scatters we provided.

Very professional and efficient in the planning phase. I was very impressed when she checked the venue in person to find out if the number of bouquets we wanted was correct. Worked well with our table decorations supply and venue.

They were very friendly, helpful and professional when we showed up at midnight in our full wedding get-up in the rain!! Had a room upgrade courtesy of family, but was not notified of the upgrade significance until asked. Would have been nice to know earlier thanks.

The staff here are amazingly attentive and resourceful. Erin, the event organizer in this venue, took care of all our planning in this venue and liaising with suppliers for our reception... even took care of a dress mishap during photography so it will be alright for the dance!!

This was a recommendation from a friend, as I was looking for evening tails and there was none in my area. This was well worth the travel. The staff was very efficient with the fitting and very flexible with the colours/cut (they made our vests though we were hiring!).
