Genuinely interested in wedding plans, refers to you by your name, continues with the same sales assistant through out purchasing process, follows up and returns calls promptly and provides happy, exciting, feel good environment. Loved the big change rooms and huge mirrors!

Exceptional service provided by friendly & helpful staff. Karri, the events manager is very organised, quick to respond to emails, phone calls etc, warm hearted and very approachable. Karri followed up every request I had.The venue itself is set on a gorgeous backdrop and the food was cooked to perfection!
