Kim was our coordinator throughout the entire process, and we are so grateful for her support. She was patient, understanding, and incredibly accommodating with all the changes leading up to the wedding day. Everything ran so smoothly on the day, and we received so much positive feedback from our guests about both the level of service and the food. On the wedding day, the team truly upheld and delivered the standards they promised, which is what led me to trust them in the first place. As someone who works in the events industry myself, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Crystal Palace at other weddings, and I’ve always been able to witness their quality of service, professionalism, and easy-going attitude firsthand.
