We had our wedding at Oatlands House and were glad with our decision. From day one their correspondence with us through out the process was executed professionally and flawlessly by the staff at the venue. They were always happy to answer any questions that we had and were always on top of all the appointments that needed to be done etc. The only issue that we had was with the final payment as it was stated in the contract that final payments needed to be done x days before the wedding but were delayed and our planners had to constantly chase them up for the final invoice. On the day - the staff were amazing. The meals were served in a timely fashion and never done in an inappropriate time and you never even really noticed the waiters coming in and out during the reception. Overall we were very happy with their service.

Splendid was recommended to us by our planners and we were glad that we chose them to do our wedding photography. They were very professional and obviously very experienced with their field and were always very easy to deal with. Darren was our photographer for our wedding and he was amazing. He did our pre-wedding shoot which helped us get comfortable with him and the camera. He wasn't fussed about keeping to the time limit - rather he wanted to make sure that we were happy with the photos and that he could get the best photos for us at the shoot. On the day of the wedding - you could see him working very hard - getting all the photos and following us around to make sure he got all the pictures. We even had guests commenting on how hard he was working. We had a very tight schedule yet Darren made sure that he got all the necessary photos for our wedding. We're still waiting to see the final photos - but have seen sneak peeks from their social media (and they look amazing!) so cannot wait to see the rest! Will definitely recommend them to other couples to use for their special day!

Wedding Photography

Chris and Linda were recommended to us by our wedding planners as one of them had planned to use them for their own wedding. Chris was very professional throughout the process - giving us lots of information and advice during our process of choosing our music as we both really struggled to choose what music we wanted for our wedding. On the day - Linda was amazing. Her voice was incredible - along with the guitarist and backing tracks from the DJ - the performances throughout the day were flawless. Chris (the DJ) was also great at feeling the crowd and getting people on the dance floor which is great (and hard) for a midday reception. Overall we were happy with choosing Simple Sessions for our wedding entertainment and will definitely recommend them for other couples looking for an amazing team who can really sing and get the crowd dancing!
