They were happy to do late check in & we were upgraded from a studio to a lovely 1 bedroom overlooking the lake. The even gave us a bottle of bubbly.

I took a day off for an appointment only to find it was cancelled when I got there, not impressed. The room did look nice on the day but I was a little disappointed that things we had discussed and asked to be done weren't or were different than chosen.

Bron is Amazing! She had everything sorted and ran so smoothly on the day. Her and her staff were very attentive. The food at the bay is delicious and very filling. Our wedding was in the new garden that looked beautiful. Nothing but good comments for the whole day!
