We booked a lot of rooms and of course had many changes as our guests' itinerary's changed. The hotel was flexible and efficient in handling all the changes and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Loved this place!

Nicola was fantastic. She really has a pure love for bringing people together in marriage. She was very relaxed to deal with but highly organized and efficient. It was easy to build a connection with her, which creates a much more authentic experience for the day.

The venue was amazing! We decided to have the ceremony on the stairs of the kiosk which was a new style of event for these guys. They were fantastic at pre-event planning and on the day the Manager, Wendy and her team were fabulous from start to finish.
