These guys were amazing, they completely pulled off exactly what we wanted and were reasonably priced. Gave great advice with positioning of flowers on the cake. Cake was delicious too.

Had SA Boutique Photobooths at our wedding on October 31st. Russell was very professional and he made sure the booth was running perfectly. Loved that we could access the photos on a dropbox after the event. He did a great job and everyone had a fun night. Would definitely recommend

Went into see Georgio at Glenelg earlier in the year to organise a suit for my wedding at the end of October. He was very helpful, found the suit I wanted and did the fitting. Didn't see him again for about 4 months due to Covid. Went back to purchase the suit and organise suit hire for my groomsman. Georgio was very helpful throughout the process. Had a final fitting and some minor alterations done to the suit. It was all done at the promised time and the suits looked great on the day. Would definitely recommend

We had our reception at the Hotel Richmond 31/10/20. They were great with email communication-during COVID. We used the flowers supplied by the hotel for decoration, they were beautiful. We also used their table numbers, tea light candles, seating plan frame and wishing well. Overall I am satisfied with their service, however, there were some small details which I was disappointed in.We got many comments about how delicious the food was-and it was! Loved that the hotel gave a complimentary night at the hotel and a discount for wedding guests. It was also great to sit down with staff at the venue, when we had the food tasting, to work out final details.

The Hotel Richmond supplied us with a room complementary for the night of our wedding, as we had our reception there. The room was clean, tea and coffee facilities available. It was lovely to have a big soak in the corner bath after the wedding and to wake up and have a coffee on the balcony overlooking Rundle Mall. It was mentioned by guests that it was difficult to get a hold of staff to book a room at the hotel, as there were reduced staff due to COVID. Also there was no one at reception for check in/ check out, you had to go to the gaming lounge. I felt since most of the hotel was booked, they may have put someone on reception for a few hours.

The website was easy to use. Posted out quickly-even with COVID. Bit of a difference in the bleed line, some invites showed the line. Difficult to find envelopes that fitted invites-had to go on ebay to find them.

Billy was great with communication via email, there were many generic emails sent, which were sometimes confusing and then made it difficult to search for specific emails in my account. It was great to meet with Billy and then our DJ for the night too. The planning forms online were helpful with the overall planning for the wedding. It was fun to choose must play songs in the planning forms, however, on the night we did notice that not all of these were played. All the songs that we requested for first dance etc were correct and the DJ did have to search for one that was difficult to obtain.

The staff at Carrick Hill were very helpful and good with communication about the venue. There was some confusion about COVID rules, which was cleared up fairly quickly by Carrick Hill through email. You did have to do a lot of ground work and organisation independently, as Carrick Hill really only provide the area for you to use. Chairs were available for hire, however, you had to set them up yourself. We decided to go with a different supplier. They did however supply a small table and chairs for the signing of the register and bench seats too. We were able to book a time to run through everything for the wedding with all our suppliers and wedding party the week of the wedding, which was very helpful too. The garden was STUNNING! Many great photos were taken.

We were so incredibly happy with all the photos Marlize took for our wedding 31/10/20. She made our day so special, she even made the special effort of getting a Flu Vax so we could have photos with my husband's Nanna. She was super organised and not intrusive with taking photos. Marlize was great with communication, easy going and everyone warmed to her right away. The photos were delivered even before they were promised to be, on USB that was beautifully packaged. Thankyou so much Marlize, we really appreciate it and will definitely be using you again.
