They were absolutely amazing! I communicated a lot with Ben and Tasman and talking with them was like talking to your best friend! There was no awkwardness and nothing was too hard to do or explain to them. Tasman was our videographer on the day and she made me feel comfortable without being in my face and not hassling us to do certain things. The whole group was amazing and our video is BEAUTIFUL! She captured all of the little moments. I threw a curveball at Tasman because we weren't aware that a friends of ours had organised a photoshoot with a horse which is important to me but with this surprise and a big part of our day - she was able to accommodate it! I cannot fault them! I did contact other businesses before locking them, but speaking to Love Poets was such an easy conversation and didn't pressure us at all.
