I changed my mind several times for my honeymoon and the staff were only too happy to start over each time. I received excellent service everytime I dealt with the staff be it in person or over the phone.

This was my wedding venue, nothing I asked for was too much trouble. On the day everyone went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, even when last minute changes needed to be made with the seating. They helped make my wedding perfect.

I still receive compliments on my cake almost 2 years later. Shell not only designed the perfect cake to compliment my wedding, she specifically made flavours to suit what I wanted. I got 3 different flavours and each were incredible. The cake commuted to Canberra beautifully.

I showed up on a Saturday without an appointment and despite being fully booked and obviously busy the ladies still snuck me in between ladies to try on dresses. Lucky for me because I found the perfect dress. From 1st visit to picking up the dress the ladies were brilliant!

I loved my wedding shoes they were exactly what I was looking for. The wedding range however is not available in all stores, none in the ACT. Belconnen staff were lovely, tried to get them in but H/O wouldn't allow it I had to buy online without trying them on.
