I ordered 7 flower girl dresses and was told they could be made in 5 weeks. I was locally based & even offered to pick them up myself and she agreed that was fine. I confirmed and paid for it and notified her. 5 weeks later I asked for an ETA - no response. 6-7 weeks later she responds saying I should've chosen the express shipping as her dresses are manufactured in EUROPE. She gave me the impression she was making the dresses and that I was able to pick them up. Anyway, she put in another 'express order' for me which should've arrived on time (apparently). Both sets of dresses arrived AFTER the wedding. I returned the dresses to her (As per her request for a refund) and she has still NOT refunded me my money she promised and has ignored all my messages. Terrible service.
