Absolutely incredible from start to finish. Staff at their High Street store were amazing, they had a very short time frame to work with and nothing was too difficult. I had the dress of my dreams designed and created for my wedding day. Thank you Amaline and team keep up the great work xx

Bill & Susie are lovely however the quality of the photography and videography we received for $3750 was less than acceptable. There was a complete lack of creativity, I also completely question the apparent 20 years experience....? We decided to cancel our professional album ($1490) as we could not choose 60/460 photos we were happy with. I called Bill devastated the day after we received our disc in the mail, I expressed my disappointment and he was angry and told me to wait a few days and look at them again.... I heard nothing until I contacted him again! After months of emails and tears we received an email back saying they will refund $700 and this was not negotiable! Not once were we given an apology all the while making me feel like I was the idiot when I asked if our photos would be edited to remove unwanted people/ Do not waste your money, you would be better off getting a friend or family member to take them. Disappointed beyond words.
