Liked the dress but the service was not personal. Double booked measurements with another bride and I had to get measured at the front counter. Dress fitted perfectly.

The lady did more than we asked for. Made us 3D Poppies for cake. Had multiple cakes for different occasions from her. Tastes good too.

Location was great. Lots of vineyards and wineries around to see the hills. Leaves changing color was beautiful. However the management left the work up to someone who was not the person who I corresponded with. Organised special chocolates and the venue did not deliver what was asked for.

Easy to deal with, easy communication via email. Provided us with specific brand of beer. Exchanged wine that I wouldn't drink to energy drinks instead. Fruit and cheese platter was included. All arrangements were tailored to our needs.
