Good rooms, but on the smaller side. Poor communication and staff training - had to step in a few times as they weren't providing guests with the agreed rate.

Amazingly beautiful photos but very poor after sale service. We heard nothing for three months after our wedding. Phoned, emailed and texted multiple times with no response. Could have been one of our best suppliers turned out to be our worst.

Beautiful venue. Great on the day service, however timeliness of communication before the wedding day could be improved. We opted for a cocktail event and only received the menu two weeks before the wedding day.
