I had a very bad experience in Brides of Melbourne. I was going to get some wedding dress,the staffs looked friendly but once I decided not to buy it,they changed to be very very rude! I can't believe that profesional sales assistant does such a bad manner. I never recommend this store!

I had a really bad experience with Brides of Melbourne. I went to find my jewelries and found a necklace I like. The staff said she can get the earrings to match with the necklace ,so I bought the necklace and waited for the staff to call me to let me know about the earrings. I waited for a week but they didnt call me. I phoned them but they said they will call me back the next day. but they didn't call me.... Eventually,I waited for nearly a month but they didn't do anythings and I wasn't happy. So I wanted to refund. but they suddenly changed their attitude and went very rude! they didn't even talk to me anymore and just hung off the phone. This is the worst customer service I ever had. They look nice when we are going to buy something but once they got money,they just turned out to be so rude!! I never visit there again and I will tell my friends not to go there because it will be the waist of money.

I had a very happy wedding because Itsuka studio photographer,Jonathon did a really fantastic job for us. We had a discussion before the wedding and he suggested me many nice ideas,such as location,photos idea etc. I had my wedding in Shepparton,which is 2 hours away from Mel,however he drove here in early morning to take photos of me and my husband preparing. These photos were great and good to see my husband getting ready , because i couldn't see it on the wedding day. Trough my wedding day,I was surprised that Jonathan didn't miss taking photos of anyone and any small things such as the displays. All of our guests and my favourite small displays were in the photos and I was very happy. He was very friendly to my family and guests,so that he could take nice photos of everyone. After the ceremony,we went to take some photos in a lake and park.My husband and I didn't know how to pose but Jonathan gave us many great ideas and went well! Also When I offered some photo ideas,he took photos of it and It looked much better than we expected! My husband and I are really appreciated about his work and strongly recommend him!!
