Lorraine was great! We met in central Canberra for the initial chat. Lorraine was super organised and had lots of information at hand. She discussed the whole process, gave us great ideas on vows etc. She was upbeat and we had many people comment on the great service. Thanks!!

My wife was pregnant at the time of our wedding. The ladies at Momento were very accommodating in making the adjustments for the dress and had no problems with returning the dress if she 'outgrew' it... so to speak. Very friendly

Food was great, service was okay. We were not big fans of the managers. During the 3 meetings we had with them, it became apparent that they were keen to make the most money out of the least amount of effort. Many people commented on their abrupt nature.
