We had such a great experience with Timeless Wedding Entertainment from start to finish. We originally met Tim at a wedding expo, and he was honestly the reason we booked. He was so upbeat, friendly and easy to talk to, answered all of our questions and left us feeling really confident that we would be in good hands. Koby then looked after us throughout the planning process and made everything really straightforward and stress free. Communication was easy, everything was well organised, and the many changes I needed to make were never a drama at all. Chris took over for our final call and was our DJ on the wedding night. He was fantastic!! He was energetic, professional, easy going, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing, which meant it was one less thing for us to have to think about on the day. The music was great, everything ran smoothly, and Chris did such a good job reading the room and keeping everyone entertained throughout the night. Our kids especially loved that they were allowed to go up and request songs. They really loved being involved! Even though we dealt with Tim, Koby and Chris at different stages, the whole experience felt seamless from the day we booked right through to the wedding itself. We had the most incredible wedding day and genuinely couldn’t have asked for it to go any better. Timeless Wedding Entertainment were an excellent choice and we would recommend them without hesitation. If you want a team that is organised and easy to deal with in the lead up, and a DJ you can completely trust to take care of the night while you simply enjoy your wedding, book them. We certainly wouldn’t change our decision and would choose them again in a heartbeat.

The Hydro Majestic was an absolutely incredible place to have our wedding, and we honestly could not have been happier with our choice. Our ceremony overlooking the Blue Mountains was everything we had hoped it would be. The setting is absolutely spectacular and gave us the most beautiful backdrop for the ceremony and our photos. We did have some seriously impressive wind to contend with on the day, but even that couldn’t take away from how beautiful it was! Our reception in the Boiler House was just as amazing. We loved that it had its own character and atmosphere while still having those incredible views. It was the perfect space for our wedding and looked beautiful once everything came together. Melanie was wonderful throughout the entire process. She was organised, responsive and easy to deal with, and having someone who knew the venue and all the moving parts so well made such a difference. On the day everything ran seamlessly. We weren’t worrying about timings, setup or what was supposed to happen next, we were simply able to enjoy our wedding, which is exactly what you want. The food, service and overall experience were fantastic, and our guests had such a great time. From the ceremony through to the reception, the entire day came together exactly as we had hoped. We genuinely had the most incredible wedding day. There is honestly nothing we would go back and change. We would recommend the Hydro Majestic and Melanie without hesitation. If you are considering getting married in the Blue Mountains, it is very hard to imagine a more spectacular setting. The combination of the views, the Boiler House and a team you can trust to bring everything together made it the perfect choice for us, and we would choose it all over again in a heartbeat.
