Disappointing. Emma failed to deliver our wedding cake on the big day. No notice was given to us this was going to happen and we found out upon arriving at our reception. Nice. Apparently there was a medical emergency, fair enough but surely the age wasn't being mad eon the day and there were systems in place to avoid this situation. On top of that we didn't receive any contact from Emma until 8 days after the wedding and i believe that was only in response to our second attempt to contact her. We did receive a full refund but only after numerous stern text (as Emma did not answer any calls) were sent. Buyer beware.
