Thank you so much to Wendy for making our wedding flowers a beautiful, professional and stress-free experience. For people like us who have minimal technical knowledge of flowers, it can be a bit daunting contemplating all the different options available. But from our first meeting in the Surry Hills studio, we were impressed by Wendy’s professional but genuine and calm manner. The process became easy as Wendy used her great communication skills to discuss our preferences, continually updating our planning sheet, and finally producing spectacular bouquets, buttonholes, corsages, ceremony arrangements and table settings! All flowers were delivered on the day in a very timely and professional manner, and couldn’t have been more perfect. I was privileged to work with June Rose recently for my special day, when she did hair and makeup for myself, my mother and three bridesmaids. June stood out from her competitors because of her elegant and timeless style. June’s detailed and professional instruction sheets helped us prepare comprehensively for the big day. Our trial went very well and I was fully confident going into the wedding day. On the morning of the wedding, June was calm and reassuring as she created classic, dignified hair and makeup for everyone. We finished early, which gave us a bit of extra time to chat and relax before leaving for the ceremony. It’s a testament to June’s skill that our hair and makeup stood up perfectly to lots of talking, smiling, dancing and even happy tears. Plus, very importantly, looked great in all the photos. I have no hesitation in recommending June Rose!

Who wouldn’t want to ride like a king or queen in a beautiful wedding Rolls or Bentley, driven by highly professional chauffeurs? We recently had the good fortune to work with A Bridal Affair for our special day. Right from the beginning, Ed distinguished himself from competitors by replying quickly and professionally to our enquiries and taking us through the booking process. When the big day was approaching, we were wondering how the cars would negotiate our rather complicated hotel carpark, but no drama! Ed had already scouted out the location and found an easy solution ahead of time. The chauffeurs were immaculately dressed and very professional, helping me expertly in and out of the car with my many-layered wedding dress. Not to mention the cars, which were gleaming with flawless champagne paint and classic white ribbons. It was a dream to ride through Sydney like royalty!

Thank you so much to Cedric and Luca for capturing our wedding day in beautiful photos and videos. From our first meeting with Cedric, he stood out from competitors with his relaxed but highly professional manner. Not to mention the excellent quality of the sample photos and videos he showed us. Throughout the whole process we were impressed with Cedric’s organisation and attention to detail, e.g. recommending an easy way for the bridal party to get free parking near our hotel on the wedding day, and reminding us to dry off our bouquets to avoid getting our dresses wet (something I might not have thought of amidst all the excitement!). Despite having all eyes on us, being photographed was a no-pressure experience under Cedric and Luca’s expert direction.

A wholehearted thank you to Brides of Beecroft for helping me find the perfect wedding dress. Having initially gone to a couple of other shops, I can definitely say Brides of Beecroft gave the best service. First off, Charli guided me expertly through the selection process, which she made a fun and no-pressure experience. Then, of course, lockdown intervened! Despite COVID-related delivery problems, Alex kept me updated and worked so hard to get my dress on time. Hayley’s alterations were perfect, like they had been part of the dress all along. I felt like a fairy princess on my special day thanks to Brides of Beecroft. All my family and friends commented on the dress, and some of them are pretty hard to impress – not to mention that my husband-to-be was moved to tears when he saw me coming down the aisle (a first for him)!
