We recently had our wedding at Kooyonga Golf Course, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day! From start to finish, everything was seamless, thanks to the incredible events coordinator, Lavinia. Our wedding was a last-minute celebration, pulled together in just two months, and Lavinia made the entire process effortless. Her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and ability to make us feel completely relaxed took all the stress out of planning. When we found out last minute that it was going to be a very hot day, Lavinia went above and beyond to help. She assisted me in ordering everything we needed to keep our guests cool and made sure that all these last-minute details fit perfectly with the overall aesthetic. Her creativity and quick thinking made such a difference, and we were blown away by how flawlessly everything came together. Every element of the day exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful setup to the smooth coordination of our wedding. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how stunning everything was and how great all the staff were.
