I cannot recommend Crystal Palace Catering highly enough! I have attended many weddings over the years where Crystal Palace was the caterer, and they have always delivered fantastic food. However, what they provided on our wedding day was on another level entirely. From the very beginning, Kim was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was professional, responsive, understanding, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire planning process. As a self-confessed Type A bride who wanted every detail to be perfect, I had high expectations and plenty of requests. Kim went above and beyond, making adjustments to the menu and working with me every step of the way to ensure everything was exactly as I envisioned. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her patience and dedication were truly appreciated. On the wedding day itself, the food was simply outstanding. It was fresh, delicious, beautifully presented, and most importantly, served hot. One of the most common comments we received from our guests was how generous the portions were and how delicious the food was. Nobody left hungry, and many guests were amazed by both the quality and quantity of food being served. What really stood out was the feedback from our guests. We have attended many weddings catered by Crystal Palace before and so have many of our family and friends. Crystal Palace has always delivered great food, but countless guests told us that the food at our wedding was the best they had ever had from them. Some guests were genuinely surprised and kept asking us who our caterer was because they couldn't believe how exceptional everything was. Several even asked if it was actually Crystal Palace because the food was so fresh and plentiful compared to what they remembered from previous events. A special thank you must also go to Thu, our event manager for the evening. I truly cannot thank her enough. She was the sweetest, kindest, and most attentive person to work with. She listened carefully to every instruction and detail I provided on the day and executed everything flawlessly. Knowing she was overseeing the event gave me complete peace of mind, and she played a huge role in making sure the entire evening was a perfect success. The service staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the night, ensuring our guests were looked after from start to finish. The only minor feedback we received from a handful of guests was that they would have loved to see more canapés circulating during pre-dinner drinks. However, having attended multiple weddings every year ourselves, we understand that this is often due to guests naturally gathering around servers and taking multiple pieces at a time. If we were to suggest one small improvement, it would simply be having a few more staff circulating canapés to ensure they reach every corner of the room. That said, this was a very minor point in what was otherwise an exceptional experience. If we could go back in time and do our wedding all over again, Crystal Palace would still be our first and only choice. The food, service, professionalism, and care shown by every member of the team exceeded expectations. To Kim, Thu, the chefs, and the entire Crystal Palace team — thank you. You are truly an amazing group of people, and we are so grateful for the enormous part you played in making our wedding day unforgettable.
