Whirlwind romance’: Corrin and Kevin marry at water view wedding in Sydney

When Corrin, 30, first met Kevin, 31, she declined to give him her phone number.

Not because she didn’t want to – but because she didn’t know what it was! When she remembered, she handed it over and two weeks later they were living together. “It was a wild whirlwind but I’ve never felt anything as strong as ‘Hurricane Kev’,” laughs Corrin. Four years later they married at their waterview wedding in Sydney on November 11, 2018.

A ceremony and reception took place Zimzala in Cronulla, on a beautiful spring day. They never celebrated an engagement party so the wedding was kind of the party they were meant to have, explains the bride. “In our eyes, we just wanted a huge big party and I think we delivered,” smiles Corrin. “I’ve never sung Horses by Daryl Braithwaite so hard in my life!”
