Tierney and Timothy’s Stockrington Wedding
Nestled in between Newcastle and the Hunter Valley is Stockrington, NSW. In the picturesque beauty lies a cherished piece of land that has been owned by the same family for generations. It is here, on this sentimental space that means so much to her family, that bride Tierney married her beau, Tim.
The weather gods were shining on this couple when it came to their wedding day. And in the sundrenched afternoon, the two exchanged vows in a ceremony overflowing with laughter, tears, and heartfelt moments.
Their celebrant, Julie Muir, crafted a ceremony that truly reflected their personalities and story. A standout moment was a meaningful handfasting ritual, where Tierney and Tim literally tied the knot, a symbol of connection that felt both ancient and personal.
After the formalities of the ceremony, the guests gathered around a champagne tower, and the couple mingled with their loved ones before going to get their photos by photographer James Bennett, with a very special extra. Tierney’s grandfather’s Model T Ford. Not just a classic car, but the classic car.
Heading inside, the guests settled in for a laughter-filled evening. With styling by Me Oh My Flowers, the space popped. And Billy Goat Catering delivered an unforgettable feast. Friends shared speeches full of nostalgia, jokes, and emotion.
Tierney and Tim kicked off the party with their first dance, followed by DJ sets performed by their friends. The night grew into a vibrant celebration where guests moved freely between the dancefloor, the pool room, and a cosy bonfire under the stars.
Rooted in family history and surrounded by warmth, joy, and incredible personal touches, Tierney and Tim’s wedding was everything they hoped for — relaxed, meaningful, and perfectly them.
