A classic workplace romance eventually led Cerys Razza and Alexander Carter up the aisle.
“The more time we spent together, the more we learned about each other. It wasn’t long before our friendship evolved and we became a couple,” Cerys, 30, says.
After eight years together Alexander, also 30, got down on one knee and, of course, Cerys said yes.
The loved up couple then spent six months planning their farm wedding.
In searching for a picturesque venue with a rustic twist, the Raby, NSW pair stumbled on Belgenny Farm in Camden South, which hosted their ceremony and reception on May 15, 2015 in front of 87 guests.
The outdoor ceremony provided the perfect outlook over the venue and plenty of opportunities for memorable photographs with a rustic touch.
“Finally, our reception began with spectacular entrances, followed by fantastic food and emotion-charged speeches,” Cerys says.
“Our day was filled with joy, excitement and romance.”

“Ours is a classic love story. After meeting at work in our early 20s we soon became close friends,” Cerys says. After finally popping the question, the bride took every opportunity to show off the engagement ring.
The couple chose vintage Mustangs for their wedding cars.
Cerys says her blush dramatic fit and flare dress wasn’t the style she thought she choose. “I hesitantly tried it on but from the moment I caught my reflection in the mirror I knew it was the one,” she says.
“As the sun began setting on our special day, our photographer was able to capture some of our favourite moments,” Cerys says.
Blue and ivory set an elegant tone in the rustic reception venue.
As a thank-you to their guests Cerys and Alexander sourced bomboniere from Flourish Bomboniere.
