Gloria and Mitch’s intimate tropical wedding at Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa Denarau

When planning an island celebration, many couples we see focus on creating an experience that feels personal, relaxed, and deeply connected to the setting. For Gloria and Mitch, that meant gathering 18 of their closest family and friends for an intimate destination wedding at Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa Denarau.

The day balanced thoughtful Fijian cultural traditions with a relaxed atmosphere. Guests arrived at the beachfront Upper Bunker ceremony space to acoustic serenaders and traditional flower leis. Announced by the sound of a conch shell blown by a Fijian warrior, Gloria walked down the aisle beside her father, wearing a lace gown complemented by a vibrant tropical flower crown and bouquet.

After exchanging vows overlooking the ocean, the couple joined their guests for cocktails and a lavish international buffet on the lawn. Local touches elevated every moment, from the lush frangipani floral styling to an impressive evening fire dance performance that brought the reception to life. The celebration wrapped up with a joyful first dance to Marry You by Bruno Mars under a canopy of sparklers held by their guests.
