Set against the rolling hills and vineyards of the breathtaking Yarra Valley, Emily and Sam’s wedding at Re’em was the definition of modern romance – timeless, elegant, effortlessly joyful.

From the moment the guests arrived at this incredible architectural venue, nestled in the heart of the winery, there was a sense that something special was about to unfold.

Picture perfect: Emily and Sam’s beautiful Yarra Valley wedding.

The bride and her bridal party began their day in a light-filled bridal suite that was perched above the venue. It was this vantage point that Emily was able to sip her champagne and quietly watch her guests gather below. A secret window into the moments just before “I do.”

For the ceremony, it was everything that Emily and Sam had dreamed of. Relaxed, heartfelt, exactly their own. The vineyard was the backdrop, which allowed an intimacy that is given by a space that isn’t overdone.

After the vows and cheers erupted, the couple slipped away for a few moments of stillness. They wandered the vines for portraits and enjoyed canapés while guests mingled on the lawn, sipping wine and soaking up the sunshine. It was a pause to take it all in. The joy, the light, the quiet magic of the day.

The reception was held in the main dining room, set up with long tables dressed simply yet elegantly. White table runners, arrangements of fresh white roses, the styling was about giving space for the venue’s natural beauty. It was modern but with the whispers of tradition, a wedding that will be ageless in its vibe.

Adding to the charm and personal touches were the couple’s brothers taking the coveted role of MC. Hilarious, charismatic, and celebratory. They set the tone early; and one thing was obvious: this was going to be a wedding for the books.

Guests dined on the truly exceptional food celebrating local product. The guests continue to gush about the delicate flavours, a signature of Re’em’s culinary reputation.

The evening unfolded and the party came to life, the dancefloor the centre of the fun. Guests danced, laughed, toasted, and most importantly – made memories. A cheeky toddler-sized wedding car, complete with the traditional tin cans rattling around at the back of it, brought some playful nostalgia.

But the party didn’t stop here. It had the sweetest ending when the Bianco Latte gelato cart was dragged out. A crowd favourite, who doesn’t love a sweet treat ice cream to finish an already extravagant meal. The creamy Italian scoops hit the spot.

The day’s memories were captured perfectly by My Scandi Style, whose photography brought a soft, romantic lens to every moment. From candid laughter to quiet glances, golden hour light to dancefloor energy, each image tells the day’s story with warmth and intention. With an eye for natural beauty and honest emotion, the photos feel timeless: not just a record of the wedding, but an artful reflection of how it felt to live it. They’ll treasure these photographs forever, filled with all the joy, beauty, and heart of their celebration.
