Best friends Kristyn and Jamie celebrate luxury Sydney wedding

Friendship grew to true love for Sydneysiders Kristyn and Jamie.

“We were best friends for two years before we started dating,” says Kristyn, 28.

“Then one day Jamie (also 28) swept me off my feet and organised a surprise helicopter ride around Sydney Harbour and asked to spend the rest of our lives together.”

The couple spent another two years planning their luxury Sydney wedding, setting the date for March 24, 2018.

The ceremony was held at St Thomas’ Anglican Church in North Sydney.

“The love that filled the church brought me dangerously close to tears but I smiled through it as I walked down the aisle and married the man of my dreams,” Kristyn says.

The couple arrived at their Doltone House reception by boat, greeted by the sound of Lebanese drums.

“The flowers and candles around the room captured the romance and elegance, drapes along the walls provided an intimate feel and the swinging chandelier cake stand was something no one could forget! The room was the perfect blend of our two families.”

Despite being surrounded by family and friends, during the couple’s first dance they felt like the only two people in the room.

“The dry ice at our feet made us feel we were dancing on the clouds,” Kristyn says. “The rest of the night went perfectly, and we wish we could re-live it again and again.”

The newlyweds arrived at their reception in impeccable style!
