Anna and Dan’s romantic Margaret River wedding by Bird + Heart Photography

Having met at the Claremont Hotel when they were 18, Anna and Dan’s story had already spanned a decade when Dan surprised Anna with a proposal disguised as a casual dog walk and a secret picnic. When it came to planning their wedding, they envisioned a celebration that felt grounded in nature yet elevated by refined elegance, choosing the picturesque Chambre Estate in Margaret River as their backdrop.

The ceremony took place under a grand marri tree set between two natural rows of trees that created an organic aisle for 115 guests. Anna wore a statement Karen Willis Holmes gown from Dion featuring a basque waist, corseted bodice, and 3D florals, while Dan chose a custom chocolate velvet tuxedo from Suit Vault. Following the vows officiated by celebrant Paul Farina, guests gathered in the estate’s olive grove for refreshments, a champagne tower, and fresh fruit before transitioning to a nearby canvas tent for a standing dinner service catered by Fusion Food Truck and drinks served by Hive Caravan Bar.

A bright palette of sunset orange, pink, and white ran through the styling, brought to life through elaborate floral installations, potted arbour designs, and tent pole arrangements by Moon of Floral. The evening wrapped up with a traditional croquembouche dessert from Maison Lassalle, set-up support by YEH Events and Events by the Bay, and music from Vibe DJ, while close friends and family stayed on-site at the estate to continue the celebrations.
