The 12-month wedding business calendar: Plan smarter and stress less
Running a successful wedding business can’t just be about the big day. It’s about nailing a 12-month wedding business calendar.
There should be a rhythm throughout the year. Knowing when to focus on sales, when to deliver, and when to refine your operations is a real balance. This can mean the difference between a fully booked calendar and a quiet season.
At EVOLVE 2025, Easy Weddings CEO Matt Butterworth shared his 12-month wedding business calendar. Drawing from years of experience working closely with wedding businesses, the calendar is a strategy tool that will ensure you’ve got key focus areas each month and not have to revisit your business plan when you’re in peak wedding season.
