Congratulations to our 5-star suppliers!

It’s that time of year again! We’re thrilled at Easy Weddings to be able to recognise the suppliers that our couples love.

It’s our pleasure to award the Certificates of Excellence to the suppliers who have been voted as 5-star by their couples in 2019. These awards are a formal recognition of your hard work and outstanding customer service.

These awards are rewarded to businesses who are new to the Easy Weddings platform and have been reviewed and received more than one 5-star review within their first year. These awards also recognise those who have been online with us for many years and continually provide outstanding service, having been reviewed and achieved more than five 5-star ratings in the past year.

Congratulations to the 1700+ suppliers who achieved this 5-star ranking for 2019! Everyone who is eligible for a 5-star supplier award should have received their certificate via email last week.

For those of you who are still working on building your businesses and reviews, we hope to see you on the list next year!

Accessing your 5-star supplier badge

Every supplier who has received a Certificate of Excellence will be able to access a badge in the WedCRM. This badge can be added to your website to show your couples that you have been ranked one of the best in the country.

To access your 5-star supplier badge for 2019:

Go to the Marketing Tab in the sidebar and head to the Badges and Buttons section at the top of the tab

Copy and embed the code for the badge you want and add it into your website

This is also where you’ll find your badges if you’ve received a 5-star certificate for other years, have 10+ reviews on Easy Weddings, or want to direct couples to read or leave reviews on Easy Weddings.

Order your framed certificate

If you’re eligible for a Certificate of Excellence you should have received this as a PDF sometimes in the last two weeks.

That way you can print out your certificate and frame it in a style that will suit your business or office. Alternatively, for just $50 inc GST and postage, we’ll send your award in a sleek black shadowbox frame like the one featured below. These stylish frames are size A3 with a glass front and will look great on show at your business premises.

You can order your framed certificate with us online anytime before August 23.

Whichever frame you choose, we hope you display your certificate proudly!

Being eligible for the 2020 awards

88% of customers trust online reviews as much as a personal recommendation. Which is why we recommend you obtain 11+ reviews to display on your storefront, as this can increase your results by 201%.

You can continue encouraging couples to leave a review for your business throughout the year to help you enjoy more enquiries from couples. You can direct couples to the Easy Weddings review form, send them the individual review link in your WedCRM, or submit your couples through WedCRM for our customer service team to call on your behalf.

If five, 5-star ratings are left for you in the next 12 months you’ll be eligible for a 5-star supplier award in 2020!

Refer a friend bonus
