Araluen is a delight at any time of the year, the parking is abundant, the shade cool, the flowers fragrant, the trees aged and shady and the brooks run all year round.

Spring weddings are a visual delight with acres of tulips, irises, daffodils, snowdrops, mature azaleas, enormous rhododendrons and pergolas festooned in purple lilac and sweeping lawns. In the summer, the perfumes which waft from the world-renowned rose gardens will mesmerize you.
In autumn the glorious colours of the elegant and mature deciduous trees – beech, birch, oak and other species are spellbinding, while in winter, the “log cabin” amongst the tree tops at the top of the hill is a delightful alternative in which to escape from the rain.
