The estate comprises four luxurious villas – The Pala, Villa Rose, Villa Marie, and Villa Markisa – spanning 21 beautifully appointed bedrooms to host up to 42 guests. It’s the perfect blend of privacy and togetherness, giving couples and their guests space to relax, connect, and celebrate across multiple days.
From elegant lawn ceremonies to candlelit clifftop receptions, the estate is designed to elevate every moment. A striking stone amphitheatre, panoramic sunset decks, and lush garden terraces offer a range of backdrops for exchanging vows and dancing beneath the stars.

Badung Regency, Bali
To reach Pandawa Cliff Estate from Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney, you can book a direct flight to Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Denpasar, Bali. Flight durations are approximately 6 to 7 hours from either city. Upon arrival, the estate is about a 30-minute drive from the airport. You can arrange a private transfer through the estate, hire a taxi, or use ride-hailing apps like Grab or Go-Jek for convenient transportation to the estate.

Villa Rose accommodation
Four elegant ensuite bedrooms—two kings and two twins—each with ocean or garden views, private balcony or terrace, and bright, Balinese touches. All rooms are air-conditioned with teak and marble finishes, and feature luxurious bathrooms with freestanding tubs and glass-enclosed showers.
Villa Markisa accommodation
The cliff-front master suite boasts sweeping ocean views, a king bed, and a spacious ensuite with bathtub, monsoon shower, and walk-in wardrobe. Four guest suites—perfect for families—feature ocean views, flexible king/twin setups, and private balconies or poolside access. Each has an ensuite with twin basins, bath, and walk-in wardrobe.
Villa Marie accommodation
Two standalone master suites feature king beds, ocean and pool views, and large ensuites with terrazzo bathtubs and rain showers. Four guest suites sit across two levels, each floor with one king and one twin (convertible), all with bright ensuite bathrooms and stylish dressing areas.
The Pala accommodation
The spacious master suite features a king bed, private balcony, walk-in dressing room, and ocean views. Four guest suites offer garden or ocean outlooks, with separate sleeping and lounge areas, bar fridges, and AV systems. One lower-level suite includes twin beds (convertible to king) and indoor-outdoor showers.

A destination wedding was the best thing we did! I truly don't believe we could have had the same incredible experience with all our friends and families if we tried to do it locally. Wow! I just had my wedding here and we had 32 people stay across the 3 villas. Besides the view, what makes Pandawa Cliff estate so special is the staff! They are amazing, they are helpful, cook incredible food, have everything you need from speakers to table tennis, to a spa. They were always offering help and even did the most beautiful welcome dinner for us (all white, candles and flowers) at an amazing price. The food was 5 star quality and our rooms were cleaned twice a day. I can’t wait to come back with a family one day. It is worth the price compared to other resorts as everything get included is amazing. The spa was some of the best massages we had in Bali (all our guests got one and thought it was incredible). They were also amazing with kids, as they have kid facilities and they were always helping with the children that we had offering baby sitting so the parents got a break. It is also wheelchair friendly and the butlers were so helpful with our friend who was in a wheelchair. Thank you for everything!!

Stayed in Pandawa Cliff Estate to celebrate a time away from home and to hold our wedding. Not only this place made us feel at home, but this estate has exceeded our expectation. The staff’s hospitality is beyond imaginable, the view is breathtaking. The surrounding is just refreshing! It was honestly perfect! It’s very spacious and extremely clean!! We didn’t want to leave this place. Great place to unwind and spend time with your friend & family. Staff will also very attentive & helpful! Worth every penny!! Great experience overall. Definitely would come back.

We had the most incredible wedding at Pandawa Cliff Estate – Villa Rose. The views were absolutely breathtaking, the villa was luxurious and beautifully maintained, and the staff were exceptional—attentive, kind, and made everything run seamlessly. It was the perfect setting for our special day, and we couldn’t have asked for a more magical experience!
