Meet Emma, one of the dedicated team members who helps bring it all to life. Emma has always been drawn to the energy of weddings. The love, the emotion, the excitement.

Becoming the Wedding & Events Manager felt like a natural step, giving her the chance to help couples create lasting memories on one of the most important days of their lives.

“There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing it all come together,” Emma says. “The smiles, the tears, the laughter, and knowing I’ve played a part in making those memories happen.”

Emma’s favourite part of a wedding is the moment everything falls into place. After months of planning and fine-tuning, it all comes together in one beautiful celebration where love is front and centre.

“I love seeing the couple’s faces light up when they see their vision come to life, and the joy spread through their friends and family,” she says.

There’s a warmth to weddings at Hubert Estate that’s hard to describe. It’s an energy that fills the room and lingers long after the last dance.“It reminds me why I love what I do.”

Over the years, Emma has seen her fair share of memorable moments, but one stands out. A couple once asked their grandmothers to be their flower girls… or, as they proudly called them, their flower grannies. They giggled their way down the aisle, scattering petals as the crowd erupted in applause.

“It was the sweetest, funniest, and most heartwarming thing I’ve ever seen,” Emma recalls. “It just proves how personal touches make a wedding truly unforgettable.”

It’s easy to see that Emma’s passion for creating unforgettable weddings shines through in everything she does. She loves finding the magic in every celebration and making each one feel personal and meaningful. So, of course, we asked her for her best piece of wedding advice.

“Pause and take it all in,” Emma says. “The day will go by faster than you can imagine, and it’s easy to get caught up in the details. Take a moment to look around at the people who are there for you, feel the love in the room, and soak up every second. The planning and preparation will all come together, but being present in those emotional moments is what you’ll remember most.”

Emma takes the time to understand their story, their priorities, and what makes them unique. For her, it’s not just about managing logistics but creating a calm, supportive space so couples can truly enjoy their day.

“I love bringing warmth, positivity, and enthusiasm to every celebration, and I think couples feel that,” she says. “For me, it’s about making the whole journey just as special as the wedding itself.”
