Can she send me a scaned notarized signed copy of intent of marriage over email and I print it out for submission to celebrant ? or should she send me a hard copy sent over post the document over to me?.

Hi, we are looking to elope. Most packages we’ve seen for venues come with a celebrant and photographer. We’d like my partners brother to perform the ceremony but as he isn’t a registered celebrant we had looked at doing the legal bits during the week at the registry office. We also don’t require a photographer as we already have one from previous events we’d like to use again. Most elopement packages come with both of these things as a must have inclusion. Any suggestions??
