The standard videography package typically includes coverage of the ceremony, reception, and key moments throughout the day such as the first dance and speeches. It also includes a highlight reel, which is usually 3-5 minutes long, as well as the full-length edited video of the ceremony and reception. The package may also include drone footage, multiple cameras, and audio recording equipment to ensure the best possible quality of the final video. Additional services such as pre-wedding shoots, extended hours of coverage, and additional videographers can be added to the package at an additional cost.
This varies in time that we film for and the chosen package.
We have four packages to choose from. Our standard package includes 6 hours of filming and a 5-7 minute cinematic highlight which includes audio of either the ceremony or reception.
This then moves onto the Extended Cinematic Highlight which we film for up to 16 hours and includes a 10 minute film and a 59 second Instagtram teaser trailer.
Our quality is higher when it is a shorter film as we focus on each clip, to make sure that it creates the best story. Overal, we generally spend up to 2 months chiselling away at your film until we have it sculptured into a work of art!

I break my videography packages into 3 categories.
1. Camera time
2. Editing / Post Production
3. Materials / Deliverables
My standard videography packages include 8 hours camera time a Full Length Version onto USB, Hard Drive or Blu-Ray. There are optional upgrades including a Highlights reel for social media, Creative Short Film (15 min approx) or Ceremony & Speeches Version.
The style and theme of the wedding is up to you! Let me know exactly the feel of your wedding so we can create a video that suits you best.
My prices are as follows:
4 hour package ($750) : 30 - 45 minute completed video
6 hour package ($1050) : 45 - 1 hour video plus highlights reel
8 hour package ($1300): 1 - 2 hour video plus highlights reel
This work is delivered completed on a Moments Video personalised USB with the music of your choice. You are welcome to the raw footage free-of-charge if a hard drive is provided. There are no hidden costs.

We do tailor made packages to suit exactly what you're after. Generally speaking, it will include 1 videographer, full day coverage and a highlights film of your wedding day.
All of our packages includes two videographers, professional audio recording of bride, groom, celebrant and speeches, three camera angles and a documentary style video that runs for 1-2 hours and includes all the footage we capture on a wedding.
This can be customised to include a 6-8 min film, 12-14 min film, engagement video shoot, same day edit, drone coverage.
Depending on the package you have selected, upon completion of all editing you will receive the following:
- Wedding Highlights Video ~ 5-10mins with music of your choice
- Wedding Ceremony Full Length ~ Complete edit of your ceremony, with additional footage not seen in the highlights edit.
- Reception ~ A full length edit of your Reception with speeches, dancing, cake cutting, etc.
All completed videos are delivered via web link to a video streaming service. These links allow you to stream and download your videos from anywhere in the world. If you would like a physical keepsake of your wedding day, custom engraved wooden USB boxes are available by request at an additional $60.

Honestly there's no single industry standard, which is why you'll see every studio above describe theirs a little differently. The thing worth knowing is what those inclusions actually translate to on your day, so you're comparing properly rather than just counting hours and deliverables.
For us a typical package covers the full day from getting ready through to the dance floor, with a short highlights film of around three to five minutes set to music, plus a longer documentary edit that holds the real moments in full: your vows, the speeches, the first dance. The part people underestimate is audio. We put a discreet mic on the groom or celebrant and patch into the venue's sound for speeches, because a beautifully shot ceremony with wind hammering the mic is heartbreaking to watch back, and SEQ afternoons get breezy, especially anywhere coastal like out our way at Sandstone Point.
A couple of questions I'd ask any videographer before you book: how many shooters are included, since a second pair of hands means they can hold a wide angle on your vows while catching your reaction at the same time, and who actually edits the footage. Every film we deliver is edited in-house by our own team, never sent offshore, so the people who were in the room with you are the ones shaping how the day feels on screen.
My real advice is to start from the moments you most want to relive rather than the package tier, then build coverage around that. Tell us your run sheet and your light, and a good videographer will tell you honestly what they'd film and why.
