FAQ
Turnaround is usually 4–6 weeks. I like to take the time to shape a proper story—but I also know you’re keen to relive the day, so I keep it moving without cutting corners.
Yep! I’m based in Rankins Springs, NSW, but happy to hit the road for the right love story. Travel costs might apply depending on where you're tying the knot, but we’ll figure it out together—no surprises.
For sure. You’re welcome to send me tracks you love. I also pick up ambient sound and music from the day itself—like your ceremony musicians, reception playlist, or random acoustic moments—and mix that into the final edit. It keeps things feeling real, not overly polished or fake.
Only when it’s needed. I’m mostly a fly on the wall—watching, capturing, and letting moments unfold naturally. But if something needs a little nudge to look good on camera, I’ll quietly guide it. No awkward posing, no barking orders.
It’s two separate 15–20 minute interviews—one with each of you—shot before the wedding. I ask questions that help me tell your story better: how you met, what you love about each other, and all the quirky details that matter. Think Love Is Blind or Love Island, but with actual depth—and zero thirst traps.
I’m all about telling the whole story, but if you're after a specific moment (just the ceremony, speeches, etc.), I can put together a custom package or add-on. Just ask.
You’ll get one round of minor revisions included. If there’s anything that doesn’t feel right, I’ll tweak it—within reason. But I always aim to nail it the first time, so it rarely comes up.
Short answer: not really. I shoot a ton of material, and most of it isn’t meant to be watched raw—it’s shaky, unfinished, and mid-conversation. But if there's something specific you want, we can chat about it.
Flick me a message with your date, location, and the package you’re eyeing. We’ll jump on a quick call to make sure we vibe, then lock it in with a deposit. Easy as.

Get Expert AdviceCan we make it like 90s home video style?
Uplands Productions
Absolutely, we can! 90s home video vibes are totally doable — think handheld camcorder feel, soft glitches, a bit of grain, and that nostalgic warmth. We’ll make it feel like a time capsule (in the best way). Let me know if you’ve got any specific inspo or footage you love, and we’ll build the style from there.

What should we budget for drone footage at our wedding?
Would really love to add this element to our video as we are getting married on a beautiful private property, it's stunning. What should we budget for drone footage?
Uplands Productions
If you're getting married on a stunning private property—drone is a no-brainer.
?? Budget around $250–$600
This depends on your videographer, flight restrictions, and how much you want captured.
Drone shots bring the wow factor—think sweeping landscapes, golden hour glows, and epic aerial vibes. Just make sure your vendor is CASA-certified and checks the weather.
Totally worth it if the location’s a stunner.
How long does it realistically take to get your wedding video back?
What would be the normal cause of delays?
Uplands Productions
Around 6–12 weeks.
Some videographers are quicker, some slower—it depends on their workload and how complex your edit is.
?? Common delays:
– Peak season backlog (hello, spring weddings)
– Editors juggling 20+ couples
– Big, cinematic edits that take time to perfect
Hot tip: Ask upfront what the turnaround time is and what happens if there’s a delay. Good communication = way less stress.
