I keep things relaxed and candid, so there’s no constant posing or feeling like you’re on a film set. My couples often tell me they eventually forgot I was even there.
Before your wedding, I’ll get to know you both, your style, your music and what matters most to you. Then I’ll bring everything together in beautiful 4K footage to create a film that feels like your wedding, not somebody else’s.

Hi there, my name is Kim and I am the owner of White Horse Films. My love of horses is initially what sparked my love of videography (hence the name) and when I made the decision 6 years ago to expand my love for cinematic filming to wedding videos, it was the best decision I ever made! I love meeting new couples and getting to share one of the most memorable days of their lives with them. Every wedding video I create is special and unique and is tailored to each individual amazing couple.

FAQ
A Formalities film is a documentary style film of your ceremony, speeches and first dance. I also add some extras in there as well to give a full outlook of your special day. Depending on the length of your ceremony and speeches, Formalities films are usually between 1-2 hours long.
Other than 'it's great to spread the love', it's also great to be able to pick the separate styles of photography and videography that you love. Often businesses that offer photography/videography packages will select whichever freelance artists are available on the day, so the person that shows up to photograph or film you on your wedding day is sometimes not the person you met with previously and may not have the same style that drew you to choosing them in the first place. Your photographer and videographer will be the people you spend the most time with on your special day, so it's really important to have met them pervioulsly - a) so that you know you will gel well with them and b) you will automitcally feel more comfortable in front of the camera if you have met the artists before.
Absolutely! Whilst wedding videographers aren't allowed to use mainstream music you hear on the radio (for copyright reasons), we use formats we call 'music libraries'. These libraries have thousands of songs from amazing artists and the option to filter searches by genres, moods, instruments (there are so many options) and they help us to find the perfect music for our wedding films. You are more than welcome to check these music libraries out and pick some songs that you love. I have subscriptions with Musicbed, Artlist and Audiio.
