As a photographer i was sick of working with inconsiderate videographers that made my job harder than it needed to be. I have built an amazing team of 8 photographers and videographers to make sure our couples days are seamless as we are all on the same page. By hiring a photographer and videographer from the same team you will get a style that matches and a team that works well together. We provide a good mix of candid and posed images throughout a wedding day. Typically we would be a fly on the wall and let you spend the day with your family and friends with as little interruptions as possible. With this said there are definitely times that we need to stand up and take control to make sure we capture every moment to its fullest.
We provide a crisp, clean and true to colour style of photography and videography. No editing presets are used and we limited the amount of photoshop we use, if any at all. Our aim is to provide the most authentic moments for you to look back on and making dramatic changes to your day will not suite our style.
We typically offer 2 payment plan options.

All fees should will need to be paid 4 weeks prior to the wedding date. If this isn’t possible we would encourage communication and there will always be flexible. We understand that wedding planning can be stressful and we are here to make your experience less stressful where possible.
Malfunctions are the main reason you need to hire a true professional and not a friend of a friend or a family member that has just brought a new fancy camera.
We have a few ways to protect against malfunctions and other mishaps that can happen to all wedding photographers and videographers. A camera that can record to multiple memory cards at once is a must for a wedding day. This means that when we take a photo or a video that it is recorded in 2 places shall a card fail between the time of it being taken and the time it is uploaded and backed up to multiple hard drives. Cards are also no erased until the files are saved in multiple locations.
We carry spare equipment. On the day we carry multiple cameras on our body and have spares in the car. It is uncommon for multiple cameras to fail in a day but this can happen when working in the rain. Our cameras are weather sealed but rain can still get into the camera body and cause it to fail.
All files are backed up on multiple hard drives and on a NAS server. We make sure the risk of losing a file is absolutely improbable.
We have an amazing turn around on both photography and videography. As per our contract we promise to deliver photography within 2 weeks and videography within 4. This is our promise. BUT we always strive to beat this and we often do. With photography you also get a preview within 48 hours. Videography will need to wait for the full video unless a preview is purchased as an added extra.

In our agreement we offer 4 weeks. Realistically we give couples their film within 2 weeks. We want you to enjoy your film with friends and family as fast as we can get it to you. I have no idea why the industry standard is between 8-12 weeks. That is lazy.
Do wedding photographers/videographers charge more on New Year's Eve?
Wondering if there are surcharges for weddings on special dates like this. We're thinking of a NYE wedding.

Some might. We don't. My advice though would be to avoid the date as many vendors in general will be unavailable due to family commitments. A higher risk that people may also pull out if you have booked a cheaper vendor. Logistics at that time of year can be hard to find replacments if vendors do the wrong thing.

Drone footage shouldn't be an additional extra. In 2023 & 2024 i would expect a professional to own one and want the footage themselves to level up the video. Most videographers will use it even if you don't pay for it. Find someone that includes it :)
