About
I knew from an early age that filmmaking was going to be a life long passion. What started with a hobby of photography grew into a love for all things film. After studying at the New York Film Academy, Australia in 2017, I grew as a filmmaker with my graduate film picking up multiple awards at festivals, both nationally and internationally. I have a passion for storytelling, therefore I do not see weddings as material objects but rather an opportunity to tell a couple's beautiful story.

Yes certainly, though we are based on the Gold Coast we are happy to travel to film your event. An additional travel fee will apply for any journey that takes us longer than an hour. Details can be found on our Pricing page.
Yes they can, if you'd like more or less from our packages then simply contact us and we can look at altering the package to suit your needs. For example some couples prefer us not to film them getting ready for the wedding and that's completely understandable.
After capturing many weddings we find the day goes by in the blink of an eye. One moment you're walking down the aisle and the next you are on the dance floor at your reception, wrapping up the day with a big celebration. Our team will capture your wedding day and create a beautiful collection of films for you to laugh, cry and reminisce over for years to come. The one thing we always hear from couples is, "I'm so glad I had my wedding filmed." We guarantee you will not regret hiring us for your wedding videography.
The 'highlights' video will be delivered online for you within 1-2 weeks so you can share it with family and friends whilst you're still on that wedding high! Your 'feature' and 'speeches' video will be completed within 2-4 weeks and all films will be given to you on a wooden crafted USB.

I love the candid moments with the couple after the ceremony when we go to take photos. Catching those in between moments of laughter and smiles is so beautiful and always manages to bring a tear to my eye!
What are the different styles of wedding video?
McLeish Film & Media
There are many different styles of filming and editing a wedding video. At McLeish Film & Media we have a very documentary style way of capturing a wedding day. Our team like to be 'flies on the wall' at a wedding and ensure that what they are capturing is candid and natural. This allows us to get some beautiful footage of the day and one comment we always get from couples is "I didn't even see you filming that!" or "I'm so glad you go that on camera."
The videos you receive with our service are:
Highlight Wedding Video: a highlight reel of the day which we like to think of as a 'trailer' of your wedding day (great for sharing on social media)
Feature Wedding Video: a documentary style video of the entire day told in chronological order of the events/formalities that played out at the wedding
Speeches Wedding Video: a video of all of the speeches from your reception edited together for your convenience
