Hey lovely,
This is how our weddings roll, for example a weekend wedding:
- Arrive Friday afternoon to set up the barn for the reception and guests start arriving from 2pm, settle into their accommodation, catchup and enjoy the resort facilties
- BBQ Dinner in the original 1906 homestead dining room & deck, a relaxed evening for all guests to connect & catch up
- Saturday morning a yummy breakfast to sustain everyone for the day, guests enjoy the resort facilities & back for lunch, then get ready for the wedding! You and your fiance are getting ready with your tribe. Ladies in the bridal room and gents in one of the rooms, usually a glamping tent or Rose Manor Cottage. Everyone car pools up to the magical fig tree for the ceremony and then back to the barn for the celebrations.
- Sunday morning another yummy breakfast, packup and depart or you can extend & add the Sunday night to truly relax and enjoy, before departing on Monday.
- We provide all the meals for you and your guests, excluding the wedding reception, you employ a caterer of your choice or from our preferred suppliers list.
I hope this helps with a weekend itinerary for a wedding at Midginbil Eco Resort

Hi there, we specialise in creating 'Wedding Weekends'. The itinerary is based on your personal preferences and activities - for example, we have included activities such as golf, yoga on our lawns, Italian cooking classes, cocktail making etc.. We also work closely with local businesses so can offer wedding pre dinner parties, recovery lunches also.

Hi,
We host a lot of weddings that choose to do this. Some weddings in the past have done a Pre wedding BBQ the night before, the wedding day usually consists getting ready etc, you could also have a charcuterie board delivered the day of the wedding. You could have a coffee van on site both the Saturday and Sunday for the day after the wedding. I hope this helps.

Our weekend packages are always based on the following -
- Arrive Friday 11am for a 1hr de-brief, 12pm friends/fam that are helping set up arrive and you compelete any styling & prep of the spaces and stock your bar by 6-7pm.
- Settle into your cabins and use the facilities.
- Dinner Friday night we recommend to book a local restaurant for those who wish to join you.
- Saturday you have a relaxing morning in "the bakery" our wedding party prep space. Self cook breaky boxes are provided for each cabin, then an antipasto platter for both sides of the wedding party to nibble on while the day unfolds.
- Wedding takes place anytime from 2pm with reception and dancing to follow. You have exclusive use of our 20 acre property and many photos opportunites on site.
- Completion of the night is 11pm and retiring back to the cabins and guests departing home or back to motels via bus.
- Sunday morning you collect your items and any left over alcohol and depart by 11am
- We recomend booking another local cafe for brunch.
Hope this helps :)
