Binna Burra Lodge is a fully licensed venue and therefore BYO is unavailable.
However, we do have the flexibility to order in wine or beer of your choice.
Because we are fully licensed, this becomes an issue. We can let you stock the bar but we will then manage the alcohol for you for RSA and we will charge you for the staff, cover charge, etc. You are really better off taking on one of our drinks packages. We are a distillery and brewery so we can be very very competitive.
Hi
No sorry our liquor licence does not allow guests to bring their own alcohol on-site.
There are however a few different options you can choose from.
Many of our couples arrange with us to supply their own alcohol for service (especially if there’s a beverage that is special to you and your partner!). We do ask for a minimum number of bottles to be supplied based on guest numbers (don’t worry – anything not used on the night gets returned to you and your family!); as far as cost savings though, in our experience, it isn’t a substantial saver for our couples.
It will save you money, unfortunately we do not allow you to stovck the bar yourselves.
Yes, bringing your own alcohol for your wedding (BYO venue) will save you ALOT of money. We are a BYO venue and alot of couples love the idea of self service and saves them alot of money.
Good luck xx
Stonebarn is a BYO self-catering venue so you can certainly stock the bar yourselves. We have plenty of refridgerator space for you to bring your own alcohol. It will definitely save you money.
Sorry, we are a licenced venue and as such we cannot, by law, allow drinks to be brought in by guests.

We are a licensed venue so cannot allow BYO alcohol of any kind.
Our drinks packages include beverage, service, glassware and cleaning and are quite reasonable.
BYO, can often cost you more than you think, if your guests are big drinkers, like to drink expensive, or if you have to pay for each server by the hour and then hire various styles of glassware. If going this way, you will also have to pay a fee for any broken glasses and risk your guests drinking way more than you hoped, or heaven forbid running out altogether if you don’t judge the ratios right :/
