Looking for no curfew venues in Australia - 2027 dates

My partner and I are Irish but have been here 7 years. We want to find a venue we can bring the vibe of an Irish wedding (ie no curfew and flowing tunes) to Aus. Would love to get a list of no curfew venues anywhere in Australia. Thanks so much.
