Blank Canvas Venues: More or less expensive?

Looking to have my wedding at a blank canvas venue whereby I’d have to hire everything individually (plates, knives, napkins etc). Going by experience, I know a lot of factors come into play, but would it work out more or less expensive than having it at a regular reception venue, roughly $150 per head.

Hi,

We have package options for food from $80 per person at Secrets on the Lake (Montville Sunshine Coast Hinterland). We provide, plates etc.... I guess it depends on what you're exactly wanting. We also have the option of a bar tab/cash bar to help on costs.
