best month to get married in?

Our most popular months to get married in are definitely March, April, September and October. The weather is great that time of the year! Summers and Winters aren't as busy and we usually do specials for those months.

In Melbourne, one of the most popular times to be married is within the Summer months.  However, here at The Brighton Savoy we can offer you a Wedding Reception with a Beach Back Up Ceremony option throughout the entire year due to Melbournes unpredicable weather.  In case of inclement weather the following is available on stand-by as a back up for your ceremony.

Gala Ball Room - GALA ATRIUM, Seaview Room - SEAVIEW DANCE FLOOR, Wellington Room - WELLINGTON DANCE FLOOR and our Terrace Dinning Room - PORT PHILLIP ROOM.

We provide you with red carpet, skirted table for signing of the register, floral arrangement and candelabra for table and 24 outdoor white chairs.

The decision to host the ceremony on the beach or on your back up location can be made as late as 15 minutes prior to the ceremony commencement time.

We are open for viewing every Saturday & Sunday between 12noon – 5.00pm, no appointment necessary as there is always one of our wedding team on hand to meet and get to know you better & answer any questions you may have.

Our most popular months are November, December, February, March and early April. However we believe May and September are great months as the trees are in flower and the weather is still perfect.

On the Coast in Torquay, our most popular months are November, December, January and February. 

For brides wanting to save money our off-peak months are May-September and have Winter pricing associated with weddings within this time frame.
