Anywhere in Sydney that stays open late?

Hi all, We’re getting married in 2025 (May) and we’re looking for a location in Sydney (or surrounding areas) that stays open late. We’ve found 1 place open till 3 but everywhere else closes between 10.30-midnight. Any venues that stay open after midnight?
