As one of the few remaining fully D.I.Y hire venues in the Yarra Valley, you will have complete control over your budget and all of your suppliers. Having hosted numerous weddings, they can recommend great local vendors and nearby accommodation options for you and your guests.

When booking your caterers, you can inform them that the winery is fully equipped with a commercial kitchen, including refrigerators. You’ll have access to tables and chairs for the reception set-up to accommodate up to 100 people for a sit-down function and up to 130 for a cocktail event. The use of all crockery, cutlery and glassware is also included in the hire fee and access to our selection of ARBARs

About

From 1907 to 1985 Swallowfield was owned by the Russell Family, a prominent saw-miller in the Gembrook area. Phillip Abela purchased the property in 1985 for his family home. In 1990 the original vineyard was planted and Swallowfield went on to supply their premium fruit to top end labels in Australia. The private property and its beautiful surrounds are today enjoyed by family, friends, community and guests for many Weddings and other special occasions.
